What are Soft Skills?

Soft skills are self management  and people skills where the rules change depending on the company culture and people you work with.

Communication skills are a set of soft skills.

The rules for how to be effective at communication changes and depend on your audience or the content you are communicating.

Unlike hard skills, soft skills are a category of skills and/or personality traits that are not often explicitly taught. These skills usually include:
